Bech32 Addresses on Glitch

IMPORTANT NOTE: They're only for transacting and storing Glitch. Its not possible staking with bech32 addresses.

By adding addresstype=bech32 to the glitch.conf file, you can enable these address service.

It's can be part of lightning network will benefit from this, bech32 addresses on Glitch start with gc1.
